Hypnotherapy is an altered state of mind, a relaxed state, similar to daydreaming. Have you ever driven through somewhere on autopilot and afterwards can’t remember driving that particular route? Hypnotherapy is very much like that. Most people find it very enjoyable and relaxing.

During this state I can talk to your subconscious mind to allow it to help you make positive changes to your life.
I may also use EFT, which is also called tapping therapy, and EMDR, which uses rapid eye movements to assist positive change.
